From Wall Street to Whoopie Pies is the story behind Elizabeth Fife, founder and CEO of Batter & Cream. A native New Yorker, Elizabeth worked in investment banking after attending University of Pennsylvania. Tired of the same old mini cupcakes and brownies around the office and at events, Elizabeth’s keen eye for finance helped her identify a void in the baked goods market.
Leaving pie charts and PowerPoint behind, Elizabeth set out to develop a new and exciting alternative dessert. After scouring bakeries and employing a team of recipe testers, Elizabeth launched Batter & Cream, creating natural, handmade whoopie pies in gourmet flavors that bring a touch of nostalgia into your life!
