Yolfer Carvajal was born in Venezuela and grew up in Colombia. Inspired by his aunt's cooking, he attended French-Jewish culinary school. After earning his degree, he moved to the United States to pursue his dream of owning a bakery. Yolfer loves to experiment with new ingredients and flavors, and has developed a line of vegan muffins. Today, he has established Pabade Bakery as a wholesaler for many coffee shops in New York City and New Jersey offering a wide variety of baked goods using the best ingredients and never any preservatives.
